On Tuesday, 20th May, the Year 6 school captains from both divisions, accompanied by Ms Abraham, visited the Parliament of New South Wales in the city.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Our school captain Wenja told us that during the visit, the school captains learned about the parliamentary system of government in NSW. They had the opportunity to meet Ms Jacqui Scruby @jacquiscrubyindependent the Member of Parliament for the Pittwater area. Ms Scruby spoke about her role in identifying issues within the Pittwater community and working to propose and report solutions.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

It was a valuable and enriching learning experience for all of us.<\/div>\n
