We’d love to connect with you in person or via Zoom to share more about our wonderful school and to answer any questions you may have. You can also come and join our special events.
Zoom information sessions
Our one-hour online sessions can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Join us to learn more about SJIS through videos and a comprehensive presentation.
There will also be a Q&A session to answer your questions. Please register for one of the sessions noted below.
Private tours
If you live locally or you’re visiting Sydney, we’d love to show you around the school on a private tour. Contact us to book a tour.
Experience days are also available (International Division Y1-Y6, Japanese Division Y1-Y9) allowing your child to attend SJIS for a day. Please choose ‘Experience day’ from the dropdown menu below.
Open Day 2025 - Sunday 17th August at 10am
We will hold our Open Day on Sunday 17th August.
There will be a presentation about the school, followed by a guided campus tour led by our students, giving you the opportunity to speak with our friendy staff and teachers directly.
We’ll also be offering a sausage sizzle on the day.

2026 Kindergarten Assessments – Second Round Now Open!
Kindergarten assessments for 2026 entry are now underway at Sydney Japanese International School. The first round of assessments is already full, but there are still places available in the second round.
We encourage interested families to act quickly to secure a spot, as spaces are limited.
