Learning Support | Literacy & Numeracy
Students who require additional support are identified through a variety of methods, including observation, internal and external assessment, and the professional judgement of teachers. A fully qualified and experienced support teacher then works with students using a range of evidence-based MultiLit and individualised programs tailored to meet specific needs. Additionally, SJIS has teacher’s aides who work with children requiring extra support within the classroom setting.
