Wellbeing | The Resilience Project (International Division)
The Resilience Project is a transformative program imbedded in the curriculum at SJIS. Designed to teach students the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges, the program focuses on three key pillars of resilience: gratitude, empathy, and mindfulness.
Through a series of engaging activities, students learn how to cultivate gratitude by focusing on the positive aspects of their lives. They develop empathy by understanding the perspectives of others, and build mindfulness through practices including meditation and breathing exercises.

The Resilience Project empowers students to build strong mental and emotional resilience, enabling them to thrive in the face of adversity and lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. This powerful Project helps prepare our students to succeed across all aspects of life.
